Seamus and Enda, the McGlone brothers from Omagh, have just released a new album, The Country Collection, featuring original songs penned by the brothers as well as three songs written by their friend George Mack from Scotland.
“We have been writing songs for the past number of years but never really did much with them until now. We took them over to Percy Robinson’s studios in Ramelton and he produced the cd for us.
“We were also delighted to have Charlie Arkins, John McHugh and Maura Donaghy lend their talents to the album. Of course, we would love if some other singers picked up on our songs now that they are out there,” says Seamus McGlone.

When it comes to country music and social dancing, they are known as the McGlone brothers, while they still do the set dancing and céilí circuit under the title of Céilí Time.
“We have many friends from the céilí circuit from over the years and we always enjoy playing for them,” adds Seamus.
