A Monaghan man has been remanded on bail until a full hearing in 2015 over an on-going investigation in relation to livestock thefts.
William Cranston (41), who has an address at Skerrymore, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, was granted bail at a hearing of Navan District Court on Tuesday afternoon.
Cranston was charged with handling stolen property on 19 September.

Cranston must adhere to a number of bail conditions, including providing a mobile number to the local gardaí. He must not break a curfew where he must be in his house each night between 10pm and 7am and he must make regular contact with the local garda station.
The accused has been remanded on bail to appear before court again on 13 February 2015.
