Police have named the man as 21-year-old James Campbell, who was from the Gilford area.
The collision happened on Wednesday afternoon on the Ballymacanallen Road.
A motorcyclist in his 20s has died in a collision with a tractor near Gilford. Police are appealing for witnesses.
