Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles recently announces the prices for the new Transporter Generation 6 vans. The entry price for the sixth-generation Transporter panel van priced starts at €19,997 (ex VAT).
There are four different engine power options in the range from the 84bhp entry model to the top-of-the-range 180bhp version. Volkswagen’s 4Motion 4x4 system is available on the two higher power models as well as the DSG automatic gearbox. Towing ratings range from 2.2 tonnes to 2.5 tonnes with braked trailers.
Start-Stop and cruise control are now standard on all Transporters, which all now come fitted with a Thatcham category 1 alarm. The vans have a new Infotainment Systems, which includes a 5-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth phone connectivity and USB connection systems.

The new Transporter vans now come with a 3 years unlimited mileage warranty. Stop/Start and cruise control are standard on all new Transporter vans, as well as an alarm system.
Volkswagen offers Personal Contract Plan (PCP) finance deals on new Transporter models form as low as 3.9%. Service plans are available for all models, depending on the level of use, costing from €14.95 per month to €26.45 per month.
