The Dealer has been on a new year’s push for perfection. I’ve been battling the bulge and trying to keep the weight down. However, I was at my weekly Weight Watchers class and I was appalled to see that the cow is no longer in fashion – she has been replaced by a legume.

Weight Watchers seems to be driving sales of almond milk in my local shop. I wonder should the poor cow be worried?
