A video of suckler farmer PJ Fitzsimons went viral over the weekend when he won a leg of lamb on The Late Late Show.
The delighted Monaghan man was captured punching the air in delight when Ryan Tubridy declared there would be one for everyone in the audience.
I hear that Fitzsimons was inundated with messages from friends all over Ireland and the UK after his celebrations were captured by thedailyedge.ie.

Sure it’s all a bit of craic
“I didn’t realise how excited I was until I saw the video myself. It’s a terror how something so silly can be so popular,” the teacher and part-time farmer told The Dealer.
“Sure it’s all a bit of craic. My phone never stopped all weekend and I had a heap of work lined up. I even had it said to me at mass on Sunday. I was a bit late in and someone whispered ‘a leg of lamb’ as I went past.”
