The first parcel of circa 20 acres at Kilrickle, Co Galway, sold under the hammer for €110,000, or €5,500/acre. This land was described as good grazing ground and it also came with a three-bay double slatted shed. The property was guided at €110,000 prior to auction.

The second parcel consisted of 5.86 acres at Feagh, Duniry. These top-quality roadside lands opened at €45,000 and progressed to €55,000. At this point it was placed on the market. Three bidders ensured it progressed to €77,000 before the hammer finally dropped.

The final parcel on offer was a 5.63-acre plot, which sold for €37,000. It is located at Kilnadeema, Loughrea, and was sold to a neighbouring farmer. The land, described as hilly in nature, was originally guided at €35,000 prior to the auction.
