Quinn Properties is handling the sale of two parcels of land in Co Wexford. The first is a 29-acre plot situated in Scranagh, Inch, Co Wexford. The land is all in grass and has the benefit of frontage onto two roads – the old N11 and the Castletown road.

It’s divided by the N11, with 23.5 acres on one side of the road and the remaining 5.5 acres on the other. Given the location of the land, David Quinn believes there may be potential for some residential development.

The farm will be offered in four lots for sale by public auction on Thursday, 6 November, at 4pm in the Gorey offices of Quinn Properties.

The first lot extends to 8.7 acres, the second lot to 14.6 acres, while the third lot comprises the separate 5.5-acre field divided by the road. The fourth lot extends to 23.5 acres, a combination of lot one and two. David Quinn is guiding €10,000-12,000/acre.

The second parcel of land that Quinn is offering for sale is situated in Cromogue, Bunclody, Co Wexford, and extends to 13 acres. Quinn describes the land as “of the highest quality”. It’s currently in grass and stubble.

The land is divided by a public road so it will be offered for sale in lots or in its entire.

Lot one is all in grass and contains 6.68 acres. Lot two comprises the remaining 6.43 acres, which are accessed via a short laneway and are all in stubble.

The land will be offered for sale by public auction on Monday, 3 November, at 3pm in the Carnew offices of Quinn Properties and is guided at €10,000/acre.
