These will clear eastwards in the afternoon leading to brighter sunnier conditions, however also with some scattered showers, some of which will be heavy, so don't forget the wellies. There will also be some strong and squally westerly winds. Afternoon temperatures likely to be 8c in the north and a possible 13c in some southern parts.
