Yara has announced a €5/t price increase for 27% CAN fertiliser.
This brings its price for bulk CAN delivered to German ports to €174/t for September 2017 delivery.
In June the company opened the 2017/18 fertiliser season on a price of €169/t. The fertiliser season runs from June to May.
The new season has opened at higher prices than the season just past. Yara’s price for CAN in June 2016 was €148/t.
Unloading at port on to lorries typically adds another €5/t to these bulk prices.
Prices for CAN delivered to Irish ports will follow these price increases.
