Dry and bright weather conditions are being forecast by Met Éireann for Saturday, with top temperatures in the mid to high teens in the sunshine. Along exposed southern and eastern coasts, lower temperatures are forecast and sunshine may turn hazy, with fog affecting these areas also.

On Saturday night, cloud cover will increase, with patchy rain or drizzle developing on Atlantic coasts. Lowest temperatures of 6°C to 8°C in light to moderate southerly winds are forecast.

It will be cooler on Sunday, with mostly cloudy conditions forecast and outbreaks of rain spreading eastwards across the northern half of the country during the morning and afternoon. South and southeastern counties are likely to remain mostly, dry with highest temperatures of 11°C to 15°C forecast.
