Dani loves to spend time with her friends and family and help her mom in the kitchen. Previously, we shared the recipe for her decadent nutella-stuffed French toast. Today, Dani wants to share a nutritious everyday snack both kids and adults will love.

Dani's Delicious Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
Juice from one orange
3 Tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tsp honey
100g frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
1 medium banana, sliced
Directions:
Add the wet ingredients to a smoothie blender or a regular blender (the orange juice and the yogurt).
Add the frozen berries.
Add the banana and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favourite mug, add a straw and enjoy!
