The details of each lot are included in Table 1.
The animals are all based on a farm near Castlerea, Co Roscommon. None of the animals will move to the mart and, instead, videos will be uploaded to martbids.ie and animals sold via a live online auction on the Carrigallen portal on Martbids.
Under Department of Agriculture rules, only controlled finishing units will be able to purchase the animals.
All animals will have been TB tested within the last 30 days. Following the sale the purchaser will arrange with the mart a collection time and the animals will move direct from the farm to the finishing unit.
Commenting on the sale, Carrigallen Mart manager Helen Kells said: “We are delighted to be able to offer this service to our customers.
"Farmers locked up with TB in the past had no real way of determining the price of their animals or getting a fair price.
"Any controlled finishing units who wish to purchase stock must be approved by the mart to purchase before the sale and anybody seeking approval should contact the mart on 049-433 9633."
