Heavier bulls over 400kg were scarcer than last week and were selling for in or around the €2.30/kg mark.
Bulls below 300kg were very much in demand, with continentals making anywhere from €2.40/kg up to €2.90/kg and select lots going over €3/kg. Bulls between 300kg and 400kg were selling for between €2.20/kg and €2.60/kg, depending on grade potential.
Weanling bulls sold from €300 up to €615 over the euro per kilo.

Weanling heifers sold from €280 over the euro per kilo to €485 over. Similar to older heifers, they are a tougher trade at the moment, but top lots are still selling well.

Hereford and Angus bullocks sold from €250 up to €550 over the euro per kilo, with continentals making from €300 up to €675 with their weight.

There was a good selection of cull suckler cows available. Friesian cow prices very much depended on condition, with well-fleshed cows selling for close to €1.30/kg. Cows sold from €120 under up to €495 over the euro per kilo.
