In the calf ring, Limousin bulls sold from £220 to £330, with heifers making £150 to £205. Angus calves sold to £235 for a bull, with heifers making £180. Friesian calves sold from £55 to £170.
Weanling bullocks sold to a top of £950 for a 270kg Charolais bullock (274p/kg), with a general price range of £690 to £805.
Weanling heifers sold to £825 for a 360kg Charolais (229p/kg), with general prices ranging from £615 to £820 for lots weighing 300kg to 340kg.
In the beef ring, fat cows sold to £1,296 for a 720kg Belgian Blue animal (180p/kg), with Friesian cows selling to £819 for a 630kg animal.
Beef bullocks peaked at £1,276 for a 560kg Blue animal, with heifers making £1,241 for a 580kg Charolais.
