Eedy Doorman Fame, one of Ireland's most decorated dairy show cows, has been awarded the exceptional classification score of EX97, becoming only the second cow in Ireland to achieve this prestigious status and the first in almost 30 years.

Bred and owned by the Helen family from Clonakilty in Co Cork, she is a 2019 born daughter of Val-Bisson Doorman and Clonpaddin BK Fame.

One of Ireland's most successful Holstein cows, Fame is a two-time National Dairy Show Champion, renowned for her outstanding conformation, longevity and remarkable show-ring success. Her EX97 classification represents a landmark achievement for Irish Holstein breeding and highlights the world-class quality of genetics being developed within the Irish dairy industry.

The only other Irish cow to achieve this score was her 4th dam, Moralta Inspiration Fame back in 1997.
