The property was offered in lots, but there was more interest in the entire.

The residence is a traditional farmhouse, which has been maintained in good decorative order.

The land was described as of excellent quality and is all in permanent pasture.

GVM has also sold a 35.5ac residential farm at Millmount, Co Limerick. It made €540,000.
