I see that Lisavaird Food Group has proposed to acquire sole control of JDS Foods Limited.

Lisavaird Food Group is owned by Lisavaird Co-op and is based in the wilds of west Cork.

JDS is an international specialist producer of dairy spreads, margarine and cooking fat, which has been based in Ireland since 1871.
