I see the heir to the throne across the water has put 600ac of farmland up for sale.

The land in Herefordshire, England, is owned by the Prince of Wales.

The land has a guide price of £6.65m (€7.70m) and includes an eight-bedroom house, farm buildings and a mix of tillage and grassland.

The land is being sold as the entire or in two lots.

Lot one is comprised of the house, sheds and 449ac, while lot two contains 167ac.

The land is mainly permanent pasture utilised for livestock grazing with some areas of temporary grass and tillage.

There’s also a few acres of woodland there as well.

It’s only a small corner of ground out of the 128,000-odd-acres that the prince owns.
