The autumn bounce is in full swing at Jordan Auctioneers, with three auctions lined up over the coming weeks.

On Thursday 8 October, a 20.5ac parcel at Blackchurch and Tuckmilltown, Co Kildare, will go under the hammer. Divided into two blocks of good-quality tillage land with mature hedgerow boundaries, the holding benefits from good frontage, offering residential potential subject to planning. Situated just off Junction 6 of the N7, it is within 15 minutes of the M50 interchange and 30 minutes of Dublin city centre. Taking place at 3pm at the Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge, Co Kildare, the auction will see the farm offered in three lots: Lot 1, 6ac, guided at €200,000; Lot 2, 14.5ac at €350,000; and Lot 3, the entire at €500,000.

The following day, Friday 9 October, auctioneer Clive Kavanagh will return to the same venue to auction a 32ac farm at Brannockstown, Naas, Co Kildare. Set out in two fields with dual frontage, the land is suited to agricultural and equestrian use. Strategic buyers may also be drawn by the Central Statistics Office (CSO) Settlement Boundary intersecting the farm.

Guided at €850,000, the land at Brannockstown is suited to equestrian and agricultural use.

While not a planning designation, the boundary highlights proximity to the established settlement of Brannockstown, adding to its long-term appeal. Guided at €850,000 for the entire, the parcel can also be bought in two 16ac lots, each guided at €425,000.

On Friday 16 October, a 15ac parcel at Newtown, Co Kildare, will be auctioned online via LSL, guided at €275,000. Laid out in a rectangular block with mature trees, the farm has existing planning permission for a cattery and kennels. With 270m of road frontage, the land also offers scope for the development of a one-off dwelling, subject to further planning.
