An elevated holding of prime ground in the central midlands, it’s suitable for all farming enterprises and is available in its entire or in two lots.

Lot 1 consists of 15.5ac that is divided into two similar-sized fields, on the southern side of the road. The yard is also contained in this lot. Accessed via a 70m lane, the confines of the yard include a number of farm buildings.

These include a lean-to storage shed and an old stone farm building that contains a number of stables. There’s also some basic animal handling facilities which could be added to by a new buyer.
