Kinisla has held its milk price for the month of June, with a base price of 36.36c/l ex-VAT including quality and sustainability bonuses for June supplies.
Last month, Kinisla increased May’s milk price by 0.48c/l ex-VAT.
The co-op has said that commodity prices are currently broadly stable.
“Exceptionally high temperatures across Europe are providing some support to the market, with concerns over the potential impact on milk production helping to offset reports of elevated product stocks,” the co-op commented.
Lakeland Dairies
Lakeland Dairies also announced earlier this week that it will hold June’s milk price for suppliers, at a base price of 35.40c/l ex-VAT, as well as a 0.48c/l ex-VAT sustainability incentive payment.
