Renault has refreshed the exterior styling of the Captur compact SUV and based the new model on a platform that claims to give the car strength and agility to help deliver improved fuel economy. Renault claims that the new Captur is important technologically, as it meets the three pillars of the mobility of the future as presented in the company’s strategic plan:
The Nissan Qashqai was Ireland’s best-selling car for the 191 registration period, with sales of 2,877 units for the six months of the year.
Nissan claims to have sold more than 50,000 Qashqai models since its launch over 10 years ago. The buoyant sales throughout 2019 have helped Nissan to increase its share of the new car market to 3.56% up to the end of June.
For the 192 sales period, Nissan is giving new car buyers the opportunity to avail of up to €5,500 scrappage on their old car when they buy a 192 Nissan before 31 July 2019.
