Sky Agriculture, formerly known as Sulky, has now added the option of its P30 single disc seeding unit on its Progress seed drills, as an alternative to its P50 double disc unit.
This option, which sees a single disc opener with an optional press wheel is offered to make the Progress drill more affordable to a wider range of farmers and contractors.

The P30 unit is well proven after many years of use on Tramline mechanical seed drills. The P30 is available on the 3m (Progress M), 3.5m and 4m models, which Sky continues to offer in modular configurations with one, two or three hoppers. This allows for multiple options, such as the placement of fertiliser alongside seed, companion cropping, as well as the sowing of complex seed varieties. Progress models equipped with the P30 seeding unit are now available to order.
