Parklands Veterinary Group is to hold its biannual poultry conference and trade show on Tuesday 29 September 2026 in the Armagh City Hotel. The event, taking place under the heading ‘Cracking the future for layers’, opens at 5pm, with the conference running between 7pm and 8pm.

A buffet will be served from 8pm. Speakers include Dr Connor Bamford from Queen’s University Belfast and Joshua Davison from Elanco, who will cover issues around avian influenza and salmonella vaccination.

Max Obers from HATO Agricultural Lighting will look at ways to improve poultry performance, while Parklands vets, Caroline Hall and Katie Kelly will focus on emerging and re-emerging poultry diseases.
