Home to some of the most recognised and successful Limousin AI sires over the last decade, Sean O’Sullivan’s Castleview herd in Co Kerry is preparing for its biennial sale of breeding females.

Over the years the herd has produced well-known AI sires, such as Castleview Gazelle, Castleview Casino and Castleview Gringo.

The upcoming sale gives breeders the opportunity to acquire some of these elite breeding lines.

Catalogued are 22 Limousin females, ranging from maiden to in-calf, sired by a range of different AI sires, including Bel Orient, Nucleon, Nebbiolo and Knock MSport.

Hosted by Denis Barrett through MartEye, the sale takes the format of an online timed auction, opening on Friday 31 July and closing on Monday 3 August.
