Listowel-based, Dillon Prendiville Auctioneers have a preliminary announcement regarding a significant north Kerry, residential farm that will come to the market next week.

The 87.7ac property at Ballygrennan is located 2km from the centre of Listowel and will be sold by public auction in October.
