I see Paddy Power has weighed in on tackling tariffs for Irish beef post-Brexit ahead of Ireland’s opening Six Nations game against England.
A large banner has been unveiled in Dublin stating “just try putting a tariff on this Irish beef”. Except they’re talking about the Irish rugby team, not steaks.
There are a number of notable farmers on the team including Sean O’Brien and Tadhg Furlong. I’ve no doubt they’ll be doing their bit to get one up on the English this weekend.
