Portroe vintage group’s “vintage and parish day” returns on Sunday 23 August at Youghlarra, Newtown, Nenagh, Co Tipperary.

Pat Egan is once again opening his impressive private vintage collection on the day.

There will also be stationary engines, a steam engine, Harry Carter’s stationary log splitter, Kieran Quinn’s blacksmithing skills and Philip Haverty’s private collection of saws and farm tools on display with plenty of farmyard nostalgia.

With bouncy castles, hurling, face painting and a BBQ, the whole family will be catered for.

All funds raised will go to North Tipperary Hospice, along with the Portroe over 60s social club and Portroe tidy towns.

A great day out for a great cause.
