The 21.6ac non-residential farm on the outskirts of Bettystown, Co Meath sells at auction in mid-December.

It is currently used for horses but has potential for tillage.

The railway line is on the eastern boundary and while there are areas zoned for housing nearby, this land is currently zoned for agricultural use.
