For the cupcakes:
140g softened butter
50ml milk
140g caster sugar
2 large eggs
200g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp instant coffee powder
For the coffee buttercream:
225g icing sugar
170g softened butter
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1-2 tsp water, if needed
