  • As exlcusively revealed by the Irish Farmers Journal, the IFA and former secretary general Pat Smith have reached a settlement five days ahead of a High Court case. The settlement over the two legal cases will cost the IFA €1.9m. In a statement, Pat Smith said he was very proud of the organisation he left behind.
