PJ Callan sale

PJ Callan Ltd of Ardee, Co Louth, will hold its annual sale and open days from Thursday to Saturday, 10 to 12 March.

At the event, PJ Callan Ltd will promote the new range of Kioti products including the Kioti Mechron utility vehicle, which has been developed with a new comfort cab. Also this year Kioti has introduced a 26hp tractor mower, which is available with high-tipping grass collector.

Included in the Einbock range of harrows and grass seeders is a new P-BOX STI which is very adaptable to other makes of power harrows and rollers. PJ Callan Ltd now distributes a large range of BCS two-wheel tractors from 6hp to 12hp. They are available with attachments such as rotary and power harrow tillers, finger bar and brushes.

There will be generous discounts on the entire range of stock during the three days of the annual sale and open day and, on Saturday, the Teng Tools demo van will be present all day offering special discounts on its range of quality products.

Abbey open day

Abbey Retail is holding an open day at its Nenagh branch on Saturday 12 March, from 2pm to 8pm. There will be special offers on filters, oils, tools, clothing, compressors and much more

McHale Athenry open day

McHale Farm Machinery is hosting two open days at its new depot on the Monivea Road in Athenry, Co Galway, which opened last October.

The open days will give farmers and contractors the opportunity to view the Massey Ferguson and Fendt range of tractors and also the full range of McHale products, including the new McHale mowers and Orbital wrapper. The event takes place from 3pm to 9pm on Friday 11 March and from 11am to 6pm on Saturday 12 March.The new McHale Athenry depot can be contacted on 091-875559.

FTMTA Grass & Muck tickets

Tickets for FTMTA Grass & Muck 2016, at Gurteen College on 12 May, can be purchased in advance from a link on the homepage of the FTMTA website at www.ftmta.ie. People buying tickets in this way will receive an e-ticket by email. Online tickets are available at a cost of €10 as against a charge of €15 on the day. A combined ticket offering admission and a breakfast roll with tea or coffee can be purchased online for €13 for a limited time.
