Alltech and Keenan are hosting three farm workshops, titled Focus for 150, this winter.

The Focus for 150 workshops will be held on three dairy farms. They will focus on the 150 days around calving, beginning with cows drying off through to early lactation and breeding.

Keenan will be hosting a live working model demonstration where farmers can see the MechFiber paddle mixer and the Vertical Auger in action. The dates are:

  • Thursday 22 November 11am – Donal Kavanagh, Carrigeen, Baltinglass, Co Wicklow.
  • Tuesday 4 Decemeber 11am – Eoin Galvin, Finuge, Listowel, Co Kerry, V92 FX66.
  • Thursday 6 December 11am – Darren and Stuart McMurran, Castlevennon, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 3SD.
