Arbos unveiled the new 7260 tractor at this week’s show. This new model is part of the P7000 range, which will consist of three models – 220hp, 240hp and 260hp. It is expected that the tractors will be on the market in around 18 months (early 2020).

The Italian-built tractor is powered by a 260hp six-cylinder NEF FPT Stage 5 engine and is equipped with a powershift transmission (60+15). This transmission, along with the axles, are built by Arbos themselves.
Weighing in at 8.5t, the new tractor has a lift capacity of 10.5t. It has a hydraulic flow rate of 160l/min.
Previous to the P7000 series, the largest tractor in the company’s offering was a 136hp in the P5000 series.
Arbos is currently in the testing stages of developing a new P6000 series, which will bridge the gap between the existing P5000 series and the upcoming P7000 series ranges.

Although being a relatively unknown brand in Ireland, a spokesperson from Arbos informed the Irish Farmers Journal that the company is in talks with a dealer “close to Dublin” who is interested in importing and distributing Arbos tractors in Ireland.
