Corvus presents compact-chassis diesel UTV

Corvus, Europe’s first manufacturer of Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs), debuted its new Terrain DX4S 800 model, which it claims is the first compact-chassis diesel UTV on the market.

Building on the larger 1,000cc Terrain DX4 model, the new version maintains the robust steel frame and permanent 4WD system, but the new model is powered by an 800cc Yanmar three-cylinder diesel engine.

It features independent suspension on all four wheels, 242mm ground clearance, a 600kg towing capacity, a 500kg payload capacity and a 250kg cargo box load capacity. The CVT transmission has a top speed of 60km/h.

The major difference is that the new model features full glass doors, in comparison to half glass doors on the larger model.
