IAM Agricultural Machinery, the Kilkenny-based farm equipment importer and distributor, is set to put on its largest display of machinery to date at this year’s Ploughing Championships.

The company is responsible for the importation and distribution of the Strautmann, Sky, Hardi, Bomford, Topcon and Farmdroid brands. From the Sky brand – formerly known as Sulky – IAM will display a range of fertiliser spreaders from its DX and X series. The firm offers mounted spreaders, with a spreading width range from 9m to 50m, with hopper capacities from 900l to 4,200l.

It will also show the Progress M three-metre drill, coming with a choice of coulter or disc seeding units. It features an electrically driven metering system, while it uses a hydraulically driven fan. This will be on display alongside its HRWS 280 folding power harrow, which features working widths from 4m to 6m.

Bomford

Under the Bomford brand, IAM will display a range of models to suit both farm and contractor users. Models will include the Kestrel E 5.0, Kestrel S Power Plus 5.7, Hawk 6.5 and Hawk 7.0, alongside a Turbo Mower and Turbo Z Mower flail mowers.

New for 2026, the Kestrel Evo S Power Plus 5.7 now comes fitted with ICS (Intelligent Control System) controls as standard. Building on the success of its predecessor, this model features a 100l per minute hydraulic system and 60hp capability.

IAM will be covering the forage and feeding segment and under the Strautmann brand.

Covering of the forage and feeding segment and under the Strautmann brand, IAM will exhibit its entry-level Verti-Mix 50, a 5m3 model, which is part of the smallest feeder model in the range.

It will also showcase its Verti-Mix Professional Single feeder which is new to the Irish market this year, offering mixing capacity from 7.5 to 14.5m3. It will also have a larger Verti-Mix Double Expert on display.

The Magnon eight-forage wagon, fitted with 47 knives offering a 35mm short cutting length, will take centre stage on the stand.

In the Hardi sprayer corner, IAM will display machines from its Master and Mega series.

In the Hardi sprayer corner, IAM will display machines from its Master and Mega series, from 1,200l mounted models up to a new 1,800l 24m ProForce set to make its Irish debut.

The firm will also showcase the FarmDroid FD20 autonomous weeder and seeder, which sources its power from solar panels.

IAM will also exhibit TopCon’s wide portfolio of guidance solutions, including he recently launched Value Line autosteering range.

It will also showcase Topcon’s feed management solutions, that allow users to manage and track feed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
