Jan-Hendrik Mohr, who is a member of the Claas executive board, has assumed responsibility for the grain harvest division, from 1 April.
Mohr had been in charge of the sales and marketing division since 2011, and has held a variety of executive offices in Germany and abroad since joining Claas in 1984.
He will take over his new position from Dr Henry Puhl, who is leaving the company.
Bernd Ludewig will join the Claas executive board with responsibility for the sales and marketing division at the same time.
Ludewig has worked for the Claas Group since 2001, and was initially responsible for business with Russia.
More recently, he has been regional president for eastern Europe since autumn 2014.
The board
The Claas executive board will comprise the following members from 1 April 2016: Lothar Kriszun (spokesman of the executive board and tractor division), Thomas Böck (technology and systems division), Hermann Lohbeck (forage harvesting division), Hans Lampert (finance, controlling and business administration division), Jan-Hendrik Mohr (grain harvest division) and Bernd Ludewig (sales and marketing division).
