The release of three promotional singles over the last 18 months has helped to introduce Lana to the country music fraternity.
Her renditions of Crazy Dreams and Moving On showcased a lady who is extremely comfortable with singing traditional country songs, the heartbeat of the kind of material that always goes down a treat at dances. She followed this up with Old Love Lingers, a song composed by BG Pollock from Belfast.
Lana has undertaken a number of guest spots which have seen her perform at various venues, including an outside broadcast on Country Afternoon with Hugo Duncan on Radio Ulster.
Her music videos have also been broadcast on Sky Channel 191.
The three-hour dancing show in The Times Hotel gets underway with the visit of John Hogan and his band, before Lana Gibson begins what she hopes will be a busy 2014 season.
Irish Country Sound extends best wishes to Lana on the country music circuit.
