Boots Ireland launches its nationwide series of Night Walks for Night Nurses this Friday, 26 August, in Dublin’s Phoenix Park to support the Irish Cancer Society’s Night Nursing Service, which offers free end-of-life care to cancer patients, allowing them to remain in their own homes. To date, Boots has raised nearly €900,000 for the society and hopes to reach €1m before year end. This year also sees the introduction of “Honour Tags”, which are on sale in Boots stores for €2.
