Fancy playing your part – literally – to break a world record in Galway?
Musician Dave Donoghue is hoping to host the world’s longest guitar lesson; and raise funds for Jigsaw Galway in the process. The attempt will take place on Friday 14 April in Monroe’s Side Bar in Galway, featuring 24 hour-long lessons, with 20 students per class.
The guitarathon is looking for musicians from ultimate novices to the advanced. All guitars will be provided, and children from 10 years and up are invited to take part in the day sessions.
