Sponsored by SuperValu, the event will feature a food fair with a host of gluten-free producers, including BFree, who recently launched a sweet potato wrap, Hodgins Sausages, who will be sampling their gluten-free sausages and puddings, Rosie & Jim’s breaded and battered chicken products, and Bia Ganbreise, which is best known for its gluten-free cookie dough.
The event will also feature a number of cooking demos.

The Gluten Free Living Show takes place in the Crowne Plaza, Northwood, Santry, from 11am-4.30pm. Tickets are priced at €10 and can be booked in advance at www.coeliac.ie. The first 100 entrants will receive a complimentary gluten-free goodie bag.
