The new and improved self-propelled mixer feeder from Trioliet features a more comfortable cabin and a telescopic cutting-loading system with a discharge
height of up to 6m.

Dutch company Trioliet is going after the larger farmer with a new self-propelled machine. The mixing system is made up of the well-known Trioliet double vertical auger system. The specially designed mixing chamber also pushes the feed in a horizontal direction, and this dual-flow principle results in perfect mixing, according to the manufacturer. Trioliet says that the machine can be fitted with the electronic weighing system. It can also be delivered with the TFM tracker feed management programme, which allows straightforward listing and monitoring of the feed served.
The JCB four-cylinder common-rail diesel engine and the ECOdrive system improve fuel efficiency. I-Control takes care of the hydraulic systems automatically and load dependent. This means energy is always applied efficiently and maximum power is available when needed most, according to Trioliet.
The engine is also mounted on a new rail, making maintenance easier. The cabin features a hydraulic vertical adjustment system for an improved working view. All-wheel steering and drive is standard with 22.5in tyres. All machines have a hydrostatic drive with powershift transmission for ECOdrive during transport and traction during farmyard mode.

The telescopic cutting loading system has a maximum discharge height of 6m. Trioliet believes that the cutterhead leaves an optimal vertical cutting surface on the silage.
Taking the forage from the head is a 1.85m width cutting frame and belt conveyor. This ensures a quick transfer of material from the pit to the mixer wagon. Trioliet says that the Triotrac new edition is particularly suitable for larger cattle farms and dairy farms.
Padraig O’Kane from Trioliet says that the machine is suitable for some Irish farmers, and the big advantage is that there is now a tractor and loader required. It is a one-person operation that might also suit contractors.
Two hydraulically driven vertical twin-stream augers with variable speed.
1.85m width cutting frame (U-shape) with a transport roller.
Telescopic loading system with automatic cutting curve correction.
1.85m width belt conveyor with variable speed regulation.
Hydrostatic drive with powershift transmission for ECOdrive.
Hydraulic suspension on front axle and parabola sprung suspension on the rear axle.
A third axle is optional for reduced load on the ground.
Four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering with limited slip differential in front and rear axle.
JCB Power Systems four-cylinder common-rail diesel engine with 120kW (163hp).
Clean fix automatic engine cooler with temperature-dependent controller and radiator cleaning system.
I-Control automatic hydraulic system.
A cross-belt conveyor for discharging in front of the mixing chamber for VL models and behind the mixing chamber for AL models.
A programmable weighing system (Triotronic 7600T).
Height-adjustable cabin.
Cabin with folding sidewindow, climate control (heating), radio and screen wipers all round.
