Tullamore Show machinery display up 45% in two years

The 2026 installation of Tullamore Show, Ireland’s largest one-day agricultural show, will take place this Sunday, 9 August.

The show, traditionally recognised as a livestock-orientated event, has grown into an important date in the Irish machinery calendar.

The machinery element of the exhibition at the Tullamore Show has been growing year on year, and organisers have said that the 2025 event saw the largest farm machinery listing ever in the show’s history, up 30% .

This year, newcomers to the event are expected to increase the machinery listings by a further 15%, meaning the machinery element of the show will be up 45% in just two years.

Aiming for 70,000 visitors, show organisers have said that this year’s event will feature close to 800 trade stands from agri-sectors, home industries, farm produce, innovation, forestry, agri-machinery and more.

This year’s event is attracting major manufacturers and machinery dealers, with brands such as McHale, Fendt, John Deere, New Holland, Claas, Case IH, Kverneland, Abbey, Kuhn, Massey Ferguson, Krone, Redrock, Valtra, SlurryQuip, Horsch and JCB all set for representation, alongside many more.
