John Hall elected British Blue president
John Hall, Dalston, Carlisle, Cumbria was elected President of the British Blue Cattle Society at its recent AGM in Borderway mart. John farms 1,000 acres along with his brother, Peter, and carries 2,000 Beltex cross ewes and 120 Limousin cross suckler cows all put in-calf to British Blue bulls.
All bullocks are sold as stores for finishing while the heifers are sold as breeding females.
