First up is a circa 79-acre non-residential tillage and grass farm at Martinstown, Crookedwood, Co Westmeath. Described as “having some excellent quality ground”, around 55 acres of this farm is currently in stubble while the remaining circa 24 acres is in grass. A week later, a 63-acre residential farm situated four miles south of Mullingar at Anneville, Gaybrook, will go under the hammer.

Split by the road, the house on 6.9 acres sits directly across from the remaining circa 56 acres. Renowned for its fattening abilities, the land is laid out in neat tidy divisions, is well fenced and is reported to be “good quality land”.
