Originally guided for €6m when it came to the market last year, the guide now stands at €4.5m. The price was dropped in recent weeks. The package is offered by Savills.
Located at Portlaw, Co Waterford, the circa 250-acre Rocketts Castle estate was one of the most stunning packages to come to the market in 2017.
