The theme of this year's conference is 'Minding You'.
Now in its 16th year, speakers on the day include keynote speaker Mary Martin, the wife of An Taoiseach Micheál Martin.

Other speakers include award-winning chef Neven Maguire from MacNean House & Restaurant; nutritionist Daniel Davey; Evelyn Cusack and Seamús Walsh, who will be discussing their new book about the impact of weather on agriculture and many more.
