The lands lie on the R473 Ennis to Kildysart road near Ballynacally village and about 15 minutes from Ennis town centre. The property has considerable frontage on the R473.
The land is in one large block and all in permanent pasture. Good hedging provides shelter to fields and paddocks.
The farm has entitlements to Basic Payment Scheme and Greening payments with a current value of approximately €8,633.
Farmyard

Auctioneer David Considine said that there is good interest in this property, with some farmers even considering relocating from other parts of the country.
Regarding price, he said that good land in the area is making €7,000/ac to €8,000/ac.
