A 63ac holding with a cattle yard is on the market near Kill, Co Kildare. This land is at Painstown and is being sold by Jordan Auctioneers. It is going for public auction and the guide price is €14,000/ac.
The holding is 2km outside Kill village with frontage on to the Barberstown Road. Naas and Straffan are both 8km away, Newcastle 12km, Dublin 30km and Junction 7 of the Naas dual carriageway is nearby.
The land is laid out in five main fields and is good quality with no waste. It is in permanent pasture and has piped water to all fields from a well. The land is well sheltered.
The yard has two large sheds which can accommodate 150 cattle, along with two silage pits and a crush and holding pens.
